Orbital ATK's fourth commercial resupply mission to the International Space Station, launched by a United Launch Alliance Atlas V rocket from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station on Dec. 6, 2015. This was the return to flight of Cygnus after the Orb-3 launch failure and its first launch on an Atlas V.
